01

Design

We start with the business, not a layout. How you sell, who you serve, what you need a visitor to do — the design follows from the answers.

We only show you work we'd be happy to ship. Three throwaway options is a way of making the client do the deciding.

What's included

  • A discovery session, and a written brief you actually keep
  • Sitemap and content model before any layout exists
  • One considered design direction, not three disposable comps
  • Two rounds of revisions, named in the contract
  • Copywriting, unless you'd rather write it yourself
  • A design system your site can grow into

02

Development

From a fast five-page site to a booking system, a customer portal or an inventory tool. Built to order, on whatever stack the job actually calls for.

From a five-page site to a platform your staff use daily. The decision between static and dynamic comes out of the discovery brief, not a package tier.

What's included

  • The stack chosen per project, not a fixed one
  • Content editing for the parts that change
  • Forms, booking, payments, portals, inventory — as needed
  • Integrations with the tools you already pay for
  • Tested on real devices, not just a desktop browser
  • The full source, handed to you at launch

03

Hosting

Deployed across a global network so your site loads quickly wherever your customers are — and monitored by someone who notices when it doesn't.

Hosting is optional and separate. The site is yours either way, and there's no fee to take it elsewhere.

What's included

  • Deployed across a global network, close to your customers
  • SSL, DDoS protection and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring, with a human who notices
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Small content changes included
  • Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

04

SEO

Technically sound from the first commit, then the ongoing work: content, local presence and the slow compounding stuff.

We won't promise you a ranking. Nobody can. What we will do is tell you what moved, what didn't, and what we're doing next.

What's included

  • Technical foundation built in from the first commit
  • Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management
  • Keyword and competitor research grounded in real search volume
  • Content built around questions people actually type
  • Local citations and directory consistency
  • Monthly reporting in plain English

05 The process

Three to four weeks, start to finish

Each stage has a deliverable you can hold and a date attached. A simple site runs closer to two weeks; a complex platform takes longer and gets scoped on its own.

  1. 01 Days 1–3

    Discovery

We learn the business. Who buys, what they ask before they buy, what the competition looks like, and what the site actually has to accomplish. You get a written brief — scope, sitemap, and a fixed price.

  2. 02 Week 1

    Design

Layouts drawn around your content, not stretched to fit someone else's. You see real designs with real copy, not a template with your logo dropped in. Two rounds of revisions are built into the price.

  3. 03 Weeks 2–3

    Build

Built and tested on real devices. You get a staging link the day the first page is up, so there is never a mystery about progress.

  4. 04 Week 3–4

    Launch

We handle DNS, SSL, redirects, analytics and Search Console. Nothing about the switchover lands on you, and the old site stays reachable until the new one is verified.

  5. 05 Ongoing

    After

Hosting, monitoring, updates and SEO. You have a direct line to the person who built the site — not a ticket queue.

What it costs you in time

About three to four hours across the whole project — a kickoff call, feedback on the design, and the handful of things only you can provide. We write the copy unless you'd rather. If we're waiting on something, we'll say so plainly rather than letting the timeline quietly slip.

Tell us what you're trying to build

A short conversation, then a written proposal with a fixed price and a date. No obligation, and no pressure if it isn't a fit.
